A family man, Michael and his wife, Mia, have six children combined (Lyric, Mariah, Jacob, Jordan, Addison, and Caydin). He has completed 11 years in the U.S. Navy and continues to serve part-time in the Naval Reserves. His background includes working for the Federal Aviation Administration at the Charlotte Air Traffic Control Tower, an overseas liaison between U.S. Navy Communications unit and foreign partners. As a result, he received a Flag Letter of Commendation and a Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal for his service. He is also President of Support Our Youth Inc. Non-profit, a community-based program that provides provide activities, mentorship, and assistance to youth.
Michael has over 17 years in customer service and is excited to bring his talents to Links Realty Group. As a result of previous work experience, he values clear and concise communications with the main focus on accomplishing the mission and goals. His number one goal is to provide the utmost attention, care and service for clients. When asked what he values the most, he responds: I value listening to the needs and desires of my client. Over my career in providing customer service, I have learned how to utilize all resources available to complete the mission. I value PEOPLE over anything else in life. I understand that we all come from different walks of life, but I believe we all have that one common thing in us, and it s from which I believe we all were created from, which is LOVE.
