Growing up in Charlotte, NC, Brandon has always said “I am growing with the city” as a testament that Charlotte is a city that continues to grow at a high rate and is now considered a booming metropolis! While living in various parts of town, he has witnessed the city’s population grow to become the second largest in the Southeast. This has allowed him to continue his growth as an individual, leading him to explore and expand into the real estate field. Having a background that ranges from industries of service/hospitality to banking, Mr. Raley has learned to focus on the true needs of people and families.
Prior to working in the real estate industry, Brandon had over 8 years of experience in the banking industry, thus giving him a unique understanding of the lending aspect of the home-buying process. With over 20 years in customer service across many different sectors, putting other’s needs before his own is one of his greatest traits. From serving as an operations manager for a nationally recognized non-profit organization that specializes in healthy manhood and helping end men’s violence against women to working in the airline industry, patience and empathy are traits that Mr. Raley continues to build upon.
As a real estate agent, Brandon continues to learn and grow in the forever-changing industry. He knows that a great support system is what allows everyone to strive and ultimately reach higher heights. Being that Brandon is backed with the type of support to be successful, it’s a personal requirement that he treats his clients as he would like to be treated.
